Withdrawal period
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to let us know you'd like to return one or more products, without needing to give a reason.
Return conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect resale condition. For hygiene reasons, some products (sleep masks, ear plugs) can only be accepted if still sealed in their original packaging.
How to return a product
Contact us at somna.off@gmail.com with your order number, indicating the product(s) concerned. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is fully covered by Somna — returns cost you nothing.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original order.
Defective products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at [contact email] with a photo of the issue: we'll offer a replacement or full refund, at no cost to you.
